Jamie Lee Curtis has given a promising update regarding a potential Freaky Friday 2. It's been 19 years since the now cult comedy came out, which starred Curtis and Lindsay Lohan as a mother and daughter who swap bodies. The 2003 film was a remake of a 1976 film adaptation of a book of the same name and was helmed by the future Mean Girls director Mark Walters. The original Freaky Friday was a box office smash, grossing $160.8 million off its budget of $26 million, and though it received generally positive reviews at the time, it has since gained a massive fan following, with many eager to see a sequel.
