One of the best Dark- and Ice-type combatants that hold up well in the mid to late game of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are the members of the Sneasel family. This Sharp Claw Pokémon possesses decent Atk and other stats, but its Speed is unmatched, especially after it evolves into Weavile. For reference, the Speed stat can reach levels that match certain Paradox pocket monsters that players only encounter during the postgame portion of their playthrough. Therefore, Sneasel is undoubtedly a Pokémon that Trainers do not want to miss out on obtaining, not just for their Pokédex but for high-tier Tera Raiding.
